Nutcase!
Okay – yes, we know the emotional issues. But that’s already been expelled we’re not wandering back there until we have to and hopefully, that’s not for a while.
So, on the other news front there has been A LOT going on:
- Won a contest at work which came with a giftcard to iTunes. Mama’s getting new songs to belt out when no one is listening.
- Working on a huge project for someone else who is also grieving and hoping that the end result might bring her a little comfort while her heart adjusts to her new reality
- Read a really awesome book, Friday Night Bites by Chloe Neill . If you enjoy the show True Blood and the Charlaine Harris novels, you’ll enjoy the story of Merit, who was turned into a vamp against her will due to a problematic situation. Though, I will say, start with the first novel in the Chicagoland Vampire Series, Some Girls Bite .
- And finally, Valemont, Valemont, Valemont.
It’s a show with cute stars, great plot line, interactive game and did I mention really cute guys (Sorry B!). Again, if you like Twilight, True Blood (and are about to run out and get Chloe Neill’s new novel), you’re going to like Valemont. Also, there is a great site, Valemont Commons, available for new Valemont University students to interact with their classmates.
Yep, I think that’s all the positive stuff that’s been going on in my life that’s been making me smile.
